I've been asked to create a poster artwork for the annual program of Festival DiPassaggio , held in Genoa, Italy. I came up with a book whose pages blend with the Ligurian landscape, which typically features sea, mountains and cities. Thanks to Daniela Carrea for having me involved in this project! Cover illustration for UUWorld, the magazine of the Unitarian Universalist Association, which portrays a hopeful future made possible by the forethought of those who collectively sowed the seeds during difficult times. Making visible what is often invisible is the concept behind FUORI TUTTO, an exhibition held in Rome, Italy with the aim to turn the spotlight on Cystic Fibrosis. CF is considered to be an 'invisible' illness because its symptoms are mostly not apparent to other people in day to day life. Ten illustrators have been asked to illustrate the stories of ten patients, and the artworks have been printed on mirrors in which visitors can look at themselves. I illustrated the story of Leonardo, a young guy whose dream was to keep working as a cowboy, in contact with nature and animals. Illustration for the transparent book jacket of Hines' SPIGA 26: The Two Souls Of The City. It represents the Spiga building in the heart of the fashion district of Milan. Since 2021 it hosts Semina: L'infiorata di via della Spiga, a series of flower carpets made by the Associazione Maestri Infioratori di Noto, who have been inspired by my artworks this year.
