Two illustrations for Johns Hopkins Bloomberg Public Health about the impact of structural racism in elderly people in the U.S. Black men in particular have a lower life expectancy, a higher prevalence of chronic disease and are twice as likely to develop Alzheimer's disease compared to white men.
