This week on French magazine L'Express, an illustration about the issue of self-censorship in French universities. In order to avoid students' outbursts, or out of fear of being considered "reactive" themselves, academics sometimes prefer to avoid certain subjects or think twice before organizing conferences on themes deemed too sensitive.
